Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?

Evaluations are required unless you have an evaluation report that has been completed within the past month. However, if upon review the prior evaluation is not thorough or complete, an evaluation through Verbalizer Therapy may be required to begin services.

What is your attendance and cancellation policy?

Sessions must be canceled with 12 hours notice or a cancellation fee will be incurred. Whenever possible, we will work with the family to move in-person sessions to teletherapy to ensure consistency of care. Please refer to our cancellation policy in your intake paperwork for additional information.

Where will services be provided?

Services may be provided in home, facility, preschool, or online via Zoom.

What are the benefits of online therapy?

With everyone's hectic schedule it can be difficult to find the time to attend speech therapy. Fortunately, with online speech therapy, you do not have to worry about commuting or getting it all in. Just remember, consistency is key.
You no longer have to worry about traveling for work or relocating and having to find a new therapist in a new town. You will have the support you need wherever you go.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance. 

How much will therapy cost?

Prices range depending on a variety of factors including service location. Transparent treatment rates will be discussed after evaluation and plan of care has been discussed with clients and their family. Verbalizer Therapy utilizes a sliding scale to make therapy accessible for each client.
